After 5 years of burning out while Routines are essential in both professional and personal life. They allow you to have a structure and consistency in your life. In other words, your days are always scheduled before even you wake up. 

Most importantly, you don’t have to decide on what you are going to do because you already have an idea.

One thing I have learned about routine is my day is always decided without me having additional brainpower to scheduling my day. That said, here the five routines that changed my life.

Riding a Scooter

Riding an electric scooter NZ is fun, but rarely do most people perceive it to be beneficial to their health. A scooter has lots of health benefits. It helps the child to learn a sense of balance and develop their motor skills.

A study from the University of Brighton shows that scooting makes you live a healthy lifestyle. And scooting for 30 minutes per day at 4.6mph will make you have a 115-120bmp heart rate. 

Eating 5 Fruits Every Day

Eating fruit in the morning provides your body with the right concentration of vitamins, minerals, and other compounds. They are lots of benefits that come when you eat fruit on an empty stomach which includes: 

  • Detoxification
  • Provides energy
  • Weight loss
  • Vitamins and minerals

Eating fruits will give your digestive system a boost. With a robust digestive system, you’ll take in a lot of vitamins and fibers.

Praying in the Morning

Praying in spending quiet time with God to meditate how He has been grateful to your life. The best way is to wake up early in the morning, start with a daily prayer, and finish with a bible study. We know that keeping a regular schedule like this is not easy.  Change at first is hard and sweet at the end. Make it a habit to hold prayers in the morning.

Spending an Hour to Think

Thinking time is one way of remaining focused and organized. It is so amazing that people live their life without thinking about it. They want to improve their lives, but they don’t know what they want. They rarely evaluate their life because they have no idea what they want to achieve. If you want to improve your life, you need time to ponder on your:

  • Goals
  • Purpose
  • Whether you need to adjust the time you give some people


There are lots of detoxification pathways in our body. Increased toxic exposure overburden these pathways. That’s why it is vital for us to detoxifying your body. 
Studies show that healthy body detoxification is vital for optimal health. Ways you can detoxify your body include: steaming the face, eating orange peelings, and saunas. Speaking of the sauna, they flush toxins out of the body. A lot of us don’t sweat every day. Deep sweating has proven health benefits. 

Sweat production cools the body while deep sweating helps to reduce the presence of lead, copper, zinc, nickel, mercury, and chemicals which are absorbed from our daily environment. Many doctors will agree that infrared saunas  is one of the best ways to detoxify the body.
