After 5 years of burning out while Routines are essential in both professional and personal life. They allow you to have a structure and consistency in your life. In other words, your days are always scheduled before even you wake up.
Most importantly, you don’t have to decide on what you are going to do because you already have an idea.
One thing I have learned about routine is my day is always decided without me having additional brainpower to scheduling my day. That said, here the five routines that changed my life.

Praying in the Morning
Praying in spending quiet time with God to meditate how He has been grateful to your life. The best way is to wake up early in the morning, start with a daily prayer, and finish with a bible study. We know that keeping a regular schedule like this is not easy. Change at first is hard and sweet at the end. Make it a habit to hold prayers in the morning.
Spending an Hour to Think
Thinking time is one way of remaining focused and organized. It is so amazing that people live their life without thinking about it. They want to improve their lives, but they don’t know what they want. They rarely evaluate their life because they have no idea what they want to achieve. If you want to improve your life, you need time to ponder on your:
