Hunchback posture can make you look like a lazy slouch. Your posture can actually greatly affect how you are perceived. This upper body position has actually be coined “fatigue” posture, which explains exactly how you look and feel.
This condition can also impact your pain. Does your neck feel stiff all the time? What about your chronic low back, hip or knee pain? Believe it or not, all of these areas of your body are affected by the condition of your mid back.
It’s time to stop feeling all that neck pain. It’s time to stop being confused about what you can do to make it all better. This 5 minute solution will get you started on a specific exercise plan that you can easily do from your home or office any time of the day.
Fixing hunchback posture, which is technically known as kyphosis, can be complicated. I’ve broken it down into a few simple points and explained exactly why it’s necessary to do these particular moves, in this particular order.
So how do you achieve all this? Sure you could run the gym after work every day or at crazy early hours of the morning to get some seated rows and lat pull downs in. Most of us don’t have time for this. Consistency is actually the KEY to results when dealing with posture issues. 5 minutes a day can accomplish way more than 30 minutes once a week.
