The 1 diet trick you can use TODAY to lose weight.

Trying to lose weight? Hint- use your hand!

You have everything you need in the palm of your hand. Literally, the palm of your hand. Using your hand is the easiest and fastest way to gain control of your eating and lose weight! Think about it. It’s always with you, it’s personalized size is to your body, and it’s easy to use.

Your hand is your very own personalized measuring cup! All you need to do is look at the type of food you are eating and apply the correct portion size. Foods can be a protein, fat, carbohydrate, or vegetable. Each type of food has their own suggested portion size.

Proteins are foods like meat and fish. All you need to remember for Protein is your Palm! 1 palm of protein is equal to 1 portion (approximately 5oz).

Fats are foods like peanut butter, nuts, avocado and oils. All you need to remember for Fats is your Thumb! 1 thumb of fat is equal to 1 portion (approximately 2TB).

Carbohydrates are foods like potatoes, beans, rice, pasta, bread, oats and fruit. All you need to remember for Carbohydrates is your Fist! 1 fist of carbohydrate is equal to 1 portion (approximately 1 cup).

Vegetables are foods like peppers, brussel sprouts, cucumbers and tomatoes. All you need to remember for Vegetables is again your Fist! 1 fist of vegetables is equal to 1 portion (approximately 1 cup).

So no need to completely eliminate entire food groups. As long as you stay balanced and have proper portions, you can be successful!

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
