Thanks Mom

Dear Mom…thank you for bringing me forward and birthing me.

Fannie Olethia Smith Jones Conrad — 1/28/1928 to 3/29/2013

Dear Mom…thank you for bringing me forward and birthing me on this day, May 5, in 1954.

I remain here to serve and am honored with your lessons, wisdom, love and light…I rise daily giving thanks for the gifts, the present of my presence and for all you sacrificed to be the steward of my ship—Thank you for the torch, which I am honored to carry forward.

Happy Birthday to us!

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
