Everything in life visible or invisible changes you, touches you and transforms you. It’s good to see the part you take in this change.
You can choose to see that every situation is neither good nor bad until you decide how it will change you. You can choose whether this situation will take the best or the worst of you. You can choose whether this situation will make you sadder or happier more fearful or stronger.
The most important thing in life is not what you get. The most important thing in life is what you become. ~ Jim Rohn
Sometimes you deceive yourself that if you had this or that in your life, more money or more opportunities, more friends or more connections, your life would be better. And maybe to some extend this is true.
But life is not so much about what you have but who you are.
Because people are proven to be this way — they are happy, joyous, and complete only with what they HAVE, not with what they can appreciate at the here and now. There are so many people — seemingly satisfied — only to find that the key is not what you have, but in who you are.
We see things not as what they are, but by what we are. ~ Anais Nin
The most important person in your life is you. And this is not a call to become selfish and narcissistic, but to pay attention that sometimes you spend too much time to prove yourself to others and to fight for what others think about you, how you are perceived by others and whether they love you, restricting your own time to understand yourself and how you perceive yourself and whether you love yourself.
The most important person in your life is you.
The most important factor for the quality of your life is you. Yes, other people affect your life, but do not forget that you determine exactly who and how others participate in it.
If you are still looking for that one person who will change your life. Take a look in the mirror. ~ Roman Price
With opportunities and limitations, ideas and inspirations, demanding dreams, fears and afflictions of the past, longing for the future and most of all — with the acts and non-acts in the present — you create your world more than anyone else.
The most important thing in life is not a thing, but an individual.
And that individual is YOU. Take a look in the mirror.
