I know this is not an easy job. What drives you?

Success drives me, success in achieving my goals to make our products available everywhere, and when we achieve this, we are making a huge positive impact on the environment.

None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? What lesson did you learn from them?

No one person is responsible for their success alone. Success is built by a leader and a team of trusted motivated people who make this all possible. I am blessed to work with and have worked with some very motivated and smart people, who all bring different strengths and dynamics to my various businesses.

I learn something new all the time, and appreciate that I too have certain strengths, and rely on those who have the skills that compliment mine.

My wife is probably my best sounding board. She is very logical and whilst she is not involved in my day to day business activities, I often run things past her and get a complete unbiased, honest response. I admit it is sometimes not what I needed to hear.

How do you push through your worst times?

Like most people, I have my off day, or days. Sometimes, I feel less motivated than others. I even have days when I question many aspects of projects I am involved in, but these are important days too. These are the days where one needs to take time and reflect, analyze, and push forward with a clearer head space
