Tracy and Skylar are a brother and sister combo as business entrepreneurs who have made several names for themselves in the world of E-commerce. One, in particular, is the VoilaVe brand. Tracy “known as one of Instagrams hottest models” and Skylar also published in Men’s Fitness are ready to take on and Challenge the Beauty Industry with their brand which hashtags #beautyrevealed showing the world what quality products are at an amazing price. They have owned other businesses such as a gym, and have done some investments in the movie business as well as some acting themselves. They are an interesting Duo and are ready to take this VoilaVe brand to new heights!

Kivo: Thank you so much for doing this with us! What is your “backstory”?

Well, we come from a business background so being driven and inventive has always been in our blood. I (Tracy) have always been into fashion and beauty with my modeling background so I know how much good quality products are needed. Skylar was a college athlete turned gym owner so he also was able to see how premium products can improve physical appearances from supplements to beauty aids. With all the amazing products that are out there, we wanted to take what’s already fantastic and make them even better with new research that develops. We love to create and invent things as well as push living your “best life” in which one has to take care of your body and that starts with the skin. Now the key is getting our message out that is #beautyrevealed

Kivo: Can you share the funniest or most interesting story that happened to you since you began leading your company?

So the funniest or the most fun part I should say in owning a beauty products line is you are constantly making samples of all these products and ideas you come up with. So, with that being said when these samples come in who is going to try them first… well we do. Luckily we haven’t had any catastrophic discoveries, but they have been funny, to say the least. Our products are all natural which is ideal but we have definitely had our fair share of smelly organics for the hair and skin which has been entertaining, to say the least. The organic deodorant we plan on releasing 2018 has been probably the most entertaining, and anyone that uses “all natural” deodorants would know exactly what I am talking about.

Kivo: So what exactly does your company do?

Our company makes premium products. Emagine Products is just like its name, we look for different and uniqueness in anything we are selling. The VoilaVe Brand, in particular, makes high quality all natural products for the hair and skin. We focus on new developments in research so we always have the latest and best in skin and hair care. We are providing the miracle creams and products that make people say Voila!

Kivo: What do you think makes your company stand out? Can you share a story?

Our company stands out because of its realness and its efforts in making very high quality products. Just as I mentioned above the first person to try our products is ourselves. We are in this and we are doing it the way we think it should be done, we make decisions based on whether it works right or not. No one leads our decisions but us so we know what we are putting out there. I think this is lost when owners are not directly involved. We don’t high price our products either. We want them to be affordable, and in many industries, especially the beauty industry the brands can get very pricey and they don’t have to be to get the same quality.

Kivo: None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are?

We are so very grateful to have such driven parents that raised us to be just as driven and focused. We want to make a difference in the world and that is our plan. So we thank mom and dad and each other. The team we have works great and we compliment and need each other. And we have a right hand man, Dan. We are very grateful to have him helping us grow this business!

Kivo: How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

As a female entrepreneur, I want to set an example for all other women that “You can be beautiful and powerful” and make a difference in this world. We strive to create jobs and opportunity for othKivo: What are your “5 Things I Wish Someone Told Me Before I Became CEO” and why. 1. Sleep, no one told us we would stop sleeping regular hours. When your creating products it’s always on your mind and you are always working even in your sleep. When you are passionate like we are you dream about this stuff. 2. It’s not as easy as it looks. Running companies is ALOT of work it’s worth it but you work all the time. Weekends included, just because it is E-commerce doesn’t mean it’s not going to take work. 3. Sacrifice, the one thing about being a business owner is it does tend to come first. The rewards, however, are great and this is because of the sacrifices that are made. 4. Commitment, as an owner we are responsible for making safe good quality products and it’s a priority and you have to value on that just like you would marriage. 5. How awesome it is to be your own boss, I would have never had it any other way if I knew how humbling and rewarding it was all at the same time. I am always learning and growing and it never ends.

Kivo: Some of the biggest names in Business, VC funding, Sports, and Entertainment read this column. Is there a person in the world, or in the US whom you would love to have a private breakfast or lunch with, and why? He or she might just see this.

Since we are in the business world of technology we admire Mark Cuban and we would love to have a real sit down with him and talk business. He is such an impressive human being who has made a difference in the world of business. He is always calm and collective and I think it would be an honor to meet him.
