Thank you so much for joining us Starr! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

One specific thing that hinted this is what I wanted to do from early on was play dress up, and act as different characters with my friends performing In front of our other friends.

Can you share the most interesting story that occurred to you in the course of your music career?

One of my favorite memories about my music career was being in the studio when I was thirteen recording my first track, along side of my best friends at the time, as my backup singers.

What are some of the most interesting or exciting projects you are working on now?

The projects I’m currently working on is the studio working on a third song and filming for a new show series/ movie .

Who are some of the most interesting people you have interacted with? What was that like? Do you have any stories?

Some of the most interesting people I have interacted with are professional dancers, it was a cool experience because it’s motivational to be around other people that love the same thing you do and have become successful doing so.

Which people in history inspire you the most? Why?

Marilyn Monroe inspires me the most , because she was so loud, unique and charismatic.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

I will be using my success to bring goodness into the world with my music coming out, since it’s very relatable it can be therapeutic to those going through the same or similar situations.

You are a person of great influence. If you could start a movement that would bring the most amount of good to the most amount of people, what would that be? You never know what your idea can trigger. 🙂

My movement would involve people gaining recognition on social media for their talent and not just how popular they may be.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?

My tips of advice to help people in the industry is, take pride in your work , take enough pride and believe in yourself enough to understand greatness and experience comes with time.

Don’t rush your craft and don’t let people pressure you into putting out something that isn’t 100% authentic.

What are your “5 things I wish someone told me when I first started” and why. Please share a story or example for each.

The five things I wish somebody told me are:

1) How small my circle would get. The more I started thriving the more people I could not trust because people would free load.

2) The amount of followers you have on Social media doesn’t make you more or less of a person on the inside.

3) It would be tempting to compare your looks and talents to others and to just keep a tunnel vision.

4) If your not in love with something you are putting out , don’t put it out.

5) Mental health and self love is most important above all. When you love the universe it loves you right back.

We are blessed that some of the biggest names in Business, VC funding, Sports, and Entertainment read this column. Is there a person in the world, or in the US whom you would love to have a private breakfast or lunch with, and why? He or she just might see this, especially if we tag them 🙂

If I could have breakfast or lunch with anyone, it would be Madison Beer or Grayson Dolan.

Madison, because she is such a big music inspiration as well as a fashion inspiration to me.

Grayson because of how outside the box he is and how he became so successful just being himself.

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
