Ingredients
1 1/2 cups cashew nut milk, 2 handfuls fresh spinach, 1/2 tbsp cacao powder, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla powder, pinch sea salt, 2 pitted dates, 2 frozen bananas, 1/2 cup ice.

Instructions
1–2 drops peppermint essential oil, (peppermint is one of my favorite oils, so if you really love mint, go for two. If you like a hint of mint, only one drop.)

Intention
When life throws a curve at you, and you feel unsettled in your center, make this cooling, soothing, minty treat and allow the healing…

A Warrior knows when quiet inner reflection is needed to rebalance. Allow the ancient healing properties of peppermint to swirl around and within you.

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
