Discovering Oneself

As in the words of Paulo Coehlo”We are travelers on a cosmic journey, stardust, swirling and dancing in the eddies and whirlpools of infinity.Life is eternal. We have stopped for a moment to encounter each other,to meet, to love,to share this precious moment, it is a little paranthesis in a element.”

Journey of life is full of cuts and bends and it is for us to meander through them to reach our destination. As it is said nothing lasts forever, not even your problems,as there is always a silver lining in a dark cloud.

Coming from a family of Theists, spirituality comes naturally to me but my views differ. Both my maternal and paternal grandparents were firm believers in God bu

But the ways to evoke the blessings of the Almighty differed, one was a regular in visiting temples, the other set believed in yajnas and chanting of mantras .They believed a Guru could help them to. gain spiritual bliss or Moksha.

But i don’t put much faith in beliefs and Gurus.I believe when problems come into life like non stop rain, we should always remember that God will always be your umbrella.

During problems i do introspect but i believe in the theory of karma, what we do in the previous birth affects us in the present birth.I know he knows the best and i will get what i need, when He feels it is right.

At times during bleak periods i do despair as i am human but then i think every life has a purpose,we need to let go off the past, live in the present,do not waste today worrying about tomorrow.Do not fixate on what you want but give thanks for what we have.

I try to think of spirituality as when you are evolving into a higher-self,the road may seem lonely but you’re simply shedding the the energies that no longer match the frequency of your destiny.

My spiritual progress is that Religion is a belief in someone elses experience but spirituality is having your own experiences

The vicissitudes in life have taught me to believe in the Almighty,he has held my hand and helped me through

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
