After the death of my husband and my new connection to the spirit world, so many people would ask me:
“How do I know my deceased loved ones are still with me?” Of course, knowing the answer to this can not only help with the grieving process but, also help you to move on into your new life without your beloved physically by your side.
Your loved ones, along with your spirit guides and angels, so desperately want to see you happy and they will help guide you to make these new changes so that you can once again begin to live a life you truly deserve.
Signs to look out for:
You will be guided to spend more time doing what you love. Maybe you have always liked the idea of learning how to salsa dance, but have been so busy with ‘life,’ you have never been kind enough to allow yourself that free time. Perhaps a round of golf is your passion and work commitments have never allowed you the luxury of taking off time for the golf course. These signs will be shown in many different ways. It could be through adverts, leaflets through the door or a friend just casually mentioning something to you. Spirit is very clever! They want you to receive their message so they give you many chances to pick it up. Watch out for it!
It’s quite possible that you will be guided to do something that you have never done before. This could be a creative side to you that you have not seen. We are very critical of ourselves and believe that there is a lot of things we are not capable of. Spirit knows just how great you are and that you have infinite potential. They will push you to become the best version of yourself. So, if it feels right for you, then.. go for it! (Feel this from the heart, don’t allow your mind to become too involved in this decision!)
They also wish for you to know that although they are no longer with you physically, they most definitely are with you spiritually. You will receive guidance to look in certain places, and you will find their name will start to pop up. You may see it on number plates, shop windows or street names. This is their way of saying ‘hi.’ Remember to give thanks for these messages and wait for more to come your way.
Spirit loves to comfort you, especially the angels. They understand grieving isn’t an easy process and will often help by sending certain music that is relevant to you to cheer you up. They wish for you to know that you are never alone and that they are there sending you an abundance of love and are there to answer any questions. Just remember to have an open heart to receive the answers!
I hope that these few signs of spiritual connection help you on your healing journey and bring you comfort during what is quite possibly one of the most painful experiences you will have to go through in your life.

“People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.”
