The Chinese used it for curing depression, Greeks for helping snakebites, Romans for supporting healthy, the Babylonians for minimizing fever, the Slavic for treating lice, and the Russians for antibiotic purposes.

Organic ginger

Ginger is a sprinkling spice with a special mix of flavors from tropical to soapy and earthy. It’s known in cooking around the globe as a warming seasoning. Ginger is renowned for its healing properties. Confucius talked of his capacity for recovery. It brought money, Romans claimed.

Ginger has been used for various treatments throughout the ancient tradition, such as digestive stimulation, memory, blockages of liver, kidney purification and paralysis. In some cultures, elevated blood pressure, arthris and headaches are treated with ginger. Someone else used it to combat the cold or intestinal upheavals caused by food toxicity.

Organic Bay Leaves

Bay has been used as a traditional medicines as steep as tea for several years. According to the tradition, the leaves will heal rashes of the skin, rheumatism and ear infection. Bay leaves include flavonoids, alkaloids, anthocyanin’s, flavones, which are a rich source of antioxidants.

Organic Blake Pepper

The aim of black pepper is various and is used for many remedies in ancient cultures. Analysis indicates that digestion is increased and that there may be also antioxidant benefits by free radicals defense. The penetration of chemotherapeutic agents has in several cases been shown to improve and anti-cancer benefits have been shown.

Organic  cinnamon:

Powdered ground cinnamon can be very varied and can be applied to a wide range of sweet to savory dishes. It is very commonly used in baked goods to elevate the warmth in the finished product. In America, cinnamon is most frequently used during holidays. It is not so popular in savory foods as to make the meal subtle. Ground cinnamon is a well-known mix of other spices in both sweet and spicy cooking and matches with meats, curries.

Organic Clove

This apart from their esteemed taste, cloves are used for many other applications. It is said that cloves have antibiotic qualities lending themselves to play a significant role in food storage. They are also distinctively full of antioxidants, thus providing some security from free radicals. Organic cloves have been used traditionally to relieve discomfort from toothaches and dental operations.

Although not yet established clinically, cloves are thought to help in fever control and blood sugar regulation. They can also be effective repellent for insects. While there are positive attributes, taking cloves in large amounts for therapeutic usage is not advised as deleterious may occur.

Organic Green Cardamom

Cardamom is expected to result in increased after across the world. Since the processing is very labor intensive, they become one of the most costly spices worldwide. For decades, it has been used as a key flavor in spice mixtures in Asian spices. Green cardamom has made its mark in literature. Ancient Egyptians chewed on the pods for oral hygiene and fresh breath. The Ancient Greeks prepared spice fragrances and oils. In Scandinavia, cardamom is still a very popular spice. This is how the Vikings discover it and bring it to them on their journeys.

Organic Turmeric

Along with its potent medicinal properties, turmeric is high in taste. Turmeric powder is first produced by cooking the root, then it is dehydrated and eventually powdered. It gives food a shiny appearance with a terrific fragrance that gives many dishes warmth. Turmeric powder is a part of curries. It mixes well with poultry, fish, meats, herbs, legumes and includes broth and stews in detail.
