We’re all aware of the benefits of a good night’s sleep. Not only can it impact and improve our day to day mood, but it can also improve our health by reducing the chance of diabetes and heart disease, as well as aiding in weight loss. 

But have we ever stopped to think about the sleeping habits of different climates and cultures? We don’t all subscribe to an eight-hour sleep routine. In fact, a lot of us could probably learn from the sleeping patterns of different countries, in order to improve the quality of our own sleep.

So who is getting the most out of their nighttime routine, and which countries could benefit from a few more hours? Let’s take a look at the lessons we could learn from sleep culture across the world
