When chaos is too loud
Noise is too much
Stimulation is over the top
When my thoughts are non-stop…. .

It’s time to get quiet
Go inward
Be silent
Space becomes giant
A place to exhale
That’s when messages become vibrant
Because I can finally hear!
And push past fear
Of anything in the way
When it’s calm
My inner goddess has so much to say …
“I hear you”
“I see you”
“Come sit with me” she says
We listen for hours
To silent beat showers
Toes spread in the Earth
Grounded for rebirth
Breathing in the MOment
Silence has spoken

It is here, in this space, within the words
-that I can hear clarity
My pen can get loud
-with wise therapy .

In this space of consciousness
A tasty gift
To lift… .

Me up to higher levels
High vibes settle
In my soul
Making me whole
When I go inward
Getting really quiet
Clarity can roam free
In this delicious space
Silence can just be
With no pressure for decisions

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
