Welcome to the era of modernity. We have changed everything about us, the way we live and present ourselves. We havte become so modernized that being traditional is fashionable! No matter how modern we become, we would never exchange anything for our food!
One such food lover, Seema Gurnani, started Panda Reviewz to speak volumes about her passion for food, her penchant for travel and her love towards food blogging. At 23, she successfully immersed herself into the world of digital marketing and social media with a BBA degree backing her up. She started her blog, Panda Reviewz plainly for letting people know about various new restaurants which open up in her city, Vijayawada and also give some valuable information about that particular place. She is titled as winner for having one of the best travel blogs in India.
One afternoon, I was lucky enough to meet her in Vijayawada while sipping some latte in Brewbuzz and it was so great that she instantly got talking about her blog and how she loves to eat and travel for life! You must know that she started out this blog PandaReviewz out of a pure passion to tell others about your food and travel experiences. She then started to create a food loving community which initially started with just her and her friends and slowly it became a huge community over 2,500 food and travel enthusiasts. “I hope that this group reaches to 25,000 someday” she laughs and says. Also, this young woman earned herself a Facebook verification tag just recently and she says its overwhelming yet tiring to reply to all the congratulatory texts. Well Seema, we feel you! But that’s a great achievement so far!
It was natural of her to talk about volumes and volumes of the numerous stories she experienced while travelling and experimenting new food. After a good 30 minutes, she then revealed she loved Delhi and Amritsar food especially the chaap. What I realized was she wasn’t a wannabe foodie like a few but she is very true to her heart and her followers.
When asked about what kind of advice she would like to give the novice food bloggers, “Be honest and be patient. Success doesn’t come in a day!”
Seema is truly an epitome of a person who lives her life to the fullest and also encourages everyone around her to do the same. Since it was time for me to go, she promised to stay in touch and send me pizzas to my place if I ever craved for one! A true and a heartwarming soul!
