Burnout is something that can affect our whole schedule, and dealing with it individual most people dread.

Austen’s hack to reducing the rate at which we experience burnout is to engage in activities we love doing. For Austen, Content creation comes naturally, it doesn’t seem like a task or a job. He also recommends we separate work from fun.
