Being an entrepreneur usually means starting and building your own successful business, although people with entrepreneurial skills can thrive within larger organizations, too. Entrepreneurs generally take a creative, innovative approach, and they may take risks that others would avoid. Regardless of how you define the term, becoming a successful entrepreneur isn’t easy, so be prepared to do the “hard yards,” even after you’ve learned the skills. Stress is no laughing matter. If you allow yourself to get frustrated and upset by setbacks, you’ll struggle as an entrepreneur. Learning how to use stress to your benefit is essential. The way you communicate will determine your future success, so you need to know both how to convey a message and how to respectfully listen to others. This is the only way to win people over and earn their trust, so make sure you always communicate clearly and pay attention to what others are saying.

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
