Is it possible to achieve productivity in the midst of still?

The answer is yes!

During this time of quarantine- we’re learning how to move in place. Sounds like an oxymoron.

This is our “new” normal- obtaining movement yet while being still, safe and aware of sanitation- sterilization. Wowee!

What does productivity look like these days?

Ask yourself the following questions…

  • Is this necessary?
  • Will my actions promote- personal well being for myself and others?
  • What is most effective for me and my family?
  • What is my “new” plan of action?

Take time to ponder and meditate over your answers.

In the coming days and weeks- things will become clearer, as we move into a NEWNESS.
A new way of BEING STILL.
Peace and Love-

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
