Rodoula is a US educated Certified Public Accountant holder of a BS in Accounting and Business Administration and an MS in Accounting from State University of New York at Albany. She has extensive general management experience in senior positions in the financial services sector in her homeland Cyprus and abroad. Rodoula is also a Certified Professional Life and Business Coach, supporting business people in making new decisions and achieving new goals in both their life and in the workplace so that they thrive under pressure and they feel energized, engaged and fulfilled.
Rodoula is a big advocate of the ideas of Sir John Whitmore and believes that a business is a potential force for good and a driver of human evolution. She aims to assist business leaders to adopt a coaching leadership style and achieve a united individual and organizational purpose that can benefit people, profit and planet.
Throughout her long and productive career spanning over 25 years, Rodoula specialized in the successful management and growth of business relationships with corporate and retail customers, local and international organizations, networks and partners as well as in the re-engineering of business units. She has been, and still is, involved in the design and marketing of tailor-made financial and corporate administration solutions and new financial and payment products as well as in business development, customer relationship management, marketing and PR in the areas of financing, payment systems and corporate administration.
Today Rodoula is coaching successful business people like her to identify and focus on fulfilling their deepest desires, find meaning and purpose in their lives, start a second career and set and achieve new goals. She also enjoys volunteering work assisting in the design and facilitation of workshops intended to empower migrant women in Cyprus. She is an avid admirer of art, music, theater, literature, and poetry. She exercises and walks on a daily basis. She loves the sea and the mountains and nature in general.
