Fitness steps to stay healthy

It is sad how many young people are becoming obese by the day. In 2014, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention reported than more than a third of Americans aged above 20 were obese. CDC predicted that by 2020, this fraction is likely to escalate to two-thirds and as such caution needs to be taken before we are sorry about how the rain has beaten our backs. The trend is being propagated by our love for technology and laziness such that we never want to do things with our hands but prefer to have gadgets to carry out even the most basic of tasks.

Fitness does not call for all of us to join www.weightlossfitnessclub.com  or get into a tedious millitary ironman training plan. No, it calls for us to try as much as possible to stay fit while still working in our offices and optimately taking every break as a workout period.

1. Use supplements to add nutritional value to your daily diet

2. Practice proper desk jobs encourage slouch when working at the computer

3. Stay hydrated.

Drinking enough water during your working hours help your body flush out toxins. Smoothies are also a great way to great health in that they help detoxify your body. And preparing a smoothie isn’t that hard. All you need to do is get the right blender settings for smoothie and prepare it in the comfort of your home. It helps with digestion as well as detoxifying your body.

4. Control your food and beverages intake.

Avoid sugary soft drinks and minimize your alcoholic intake. Tracking the amount of calories consumed in a day also helps one create an effective work out plan

5. Prioritize going to the gym in the evening after work, or during your lunch break.

6. Take the stairs instead of elevator. This is an easily implemented method that allows you to exercise during your working hours

Once you live by these steps, we shall have a better world where people are fit, healthy and happy. So, in whatever you do today, make sure to set sometime to exercise, drink lots of water and avoid sugary foods as much as possible.
