Power, Hers.

Taking back her power after walking through the heavy grief of being cheated on.

Power was brewing.
Talking a back seat for a moment.
She thought.
But meanwhile she had been doing deep work.
Taking on huge amounts of courage to feel.
Honed in, in tune, in alignment with her awareness, she drew from her resources, her tool box, her tribe, her own wisdom of words.
Discipline is freedom.
She continued to make choices consistent with her goals.
She offered herself grace and compassion.
She slowed her roll.
She realized that all of this was just about the most powerful place she could be possibly be.
After all vulnerability is the deepest way to demonstrate strength.
And from this space she emerged with a new found acceptance, and new found power.
And with that, she took a step out.

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
