Deep breath.

Sit upright. Chin up. Hands on your lap.

Take a deep breath.

Breathe in through the nose.

Breathe out through the mouth.

Breathe in, feel your lungs expand.

Breathe out, feel the sense of letting go.

Breathe in through the nose, feel the breath throughout the body.

Breathe out, feel the air leaving the body.

Breathe in through the nose, feel the breath throughout the body.

Breathe out, feel the air leaving the body.
