This is a problem that I personally had to solve to grow my business and I believe every entrepreneur has to solve this problem to get to that next level.
In this article, I want to share with you that puzzle piece that helped me break the ice and really helped me grow my business to the next level. I believe that every entrepreneur whether he is a one-person show or runs a 100-person company that has not yet reached its goals can benefit from this strategy.
So, today I am going to share with you the strategy that I used to grow my business to a 5-figure. Before I dive into the strategy, let me share a little bit of context about my business. I have a product called “HyperProspect” is an Indian B2B lead generation company that helps brands to generate leads through Linkedin.
HyperProspect helps businesses to connect with their ideal prospects using multiple automation approaches, not just that but also help them to create highly personalized outreach campaigns to generate high-quality and qualified leads.
Neeraj was born in India and has a lot of experience in the US market. He has worked for several Fortune 500 companies and has worked with major brands like CanopyManagment, RetailDataPartners, OwlDQ by (Collibra) and Third Culture Coffee. Neeraj attributes his success to the fact that he has always been very passionate about building and growing businesses. He says, “I have always been in the business of building and growing businesses.”

Neeraj says, “I want to build a billion-dollar business one day and that is my passion.” Neeraj’s business has grown rapidly, and he now employs a staff of 5 and has offices in India, Estonia, and the United States. Neeraj says that one of the key things that he learned on his way to success was that the key to success is not what you know, but what you do that actually matters.
Neeraj says, “You can read a million books, but if you are not actually taking action, you are not going to succeed at anything.”
Neeraj’s other major piece of advice for entrepreneurs is to never give up. He says that if an entrepreneur is doing something that he or she is passionate about, then they will never be able to give up.
He says, “If you want to be successful, you have to love what you are doing because you will never be able to give up if you are doing something that you love.” Neeraj’s favorite quote is by Albert Einstein who said, “The only way to reach success is to take constant action.” Neeraj says, “I believe that if you want to be successful, you have to constantly keep moving forward. That is one of my favorite quotes by Einstein and I really believe in it.”
Neeraj’s company HyperProspect has grown as a result of Neeraj’s commitment to constant action and his hard work. Neeraj says that he has created a system and hired a team that works hard to make sure that the actions that Neeraj takes are efficient. Neeraj says that his company has grown because he has found a way to automate the sales process and develop a system that actually works.
Neeraj says, “I have created a system that works.” He added, “I am not afraid to try new things and I am not afraid to seek out new information.” In this exclusive interview, Neeraj shares his journey from an entrepreneur who was struggling to get clients to an entrepreneur who can now be found on the top of the search engine result pages.
Neeraj says that he was inspired by his parent’s hard work and he used that inspiration to start his own business. Neeraj says, “My parents really worked hard for everything that they have and I wanted to be able to contribute to the family as well.”
Neeraj’s advice for other entrepreneurs is to be persistent and to be consistent. Neeraj says, “I think a lot of entrepreneurs lose their way and they give up because it is very hard to be persistent and consistent.” The only way to be successful is to keep going and never give up. Neeraj says, “I started my company and I had no money, I had no experience, but I just kept going and I never gave up.”
Neeraj also says that he does not let fear of failure hold him back. He says, “I have been able to get a lot of clients because I do not let fear of failure hold me back. I do not let fear of competition hold me back.”
Tell us about your background.
I live in Chandigarh, India. I was born on 10th March 1998 and grew up in a small city known as Roorkee, Uttarakhand. My Father’s name is Mr. Rajendra Negi and my Mother’s Name is Mrs.Laxmi Devi. I have one elder brother Amit Negi and one elder sister Anjali Negi. I did my High School from Shri Guru Ram Rai Public School, Roorkee, after High school I went to Chandigarh to study for B.E CSE (Bachelor’s of Engineering in Computer science) from Chandigarh University.
I always wanted to be an entrepreneur and that was the one thing that I was always passionate about. During college, I started my own marketing agency. I had a few clients and I was able to make a few bucks during college. After I graduated from engineering. I had a couple of offers from multiple companies and I was really trying to find my way. During that time, I realized that what I was really passionate about was being able to build a sustainable business.
How did becoming an Entrepreneur help you to achieve your goals?
Neeraj Negi said “Being an entrepreneur has opened up many opportunities for me. It has given me a sense of freedom to do what I like, make my own decisions and manage my own time. Moreover, I get to work with a team of like-minded people. I feel that I am always learning and growing personally and professionally. I am also able to use my ideas and skills to impact the lives of others in a positive way.”
How did you turn your passion into 5 figures in less than a year?
Neeraj Negi said “I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit. I was always looking for ways to make money and to work with people I enjoyed working with. I think that the most important thing was to find a product or service that people would want to buy and a service that I enjoyed providing. In my case, I knew that the number of people who would want to work with me would be limited. I knew I would have to make money by charging a premium for my services. I also knew that if I served my clients well, it would be easier to grow my business. ”
How do you deal with tough times?
Neeraj Negi said “I am a firm believer that every situation has a silver lining. I try to stay positive no matter what. I think it is important to use tough times to learn and grow from them. “Everyone makes mistakes, but it is important to be able to learn from your mistakes”.
