The end of the year is typically a time to make resolutions of what we will give up, what we’ll start doing and what we’ll commit to. It’s the time of year to start fresh. Begin anew. We usually begin by decluttering our home to prepare for the new energy we want to bring in. Throw things out we don’t need or want anymore and give clothes and toys to charities.

This is a great start, however the end of the year is also a great time to start decluttering our minds. Clutter is not just physical stuff. We clutter our minds with outdated ideas, toxic relationships and thoughts we cling to that no longer serve our highest self. Clutter is in our minds and it distracts us from doing all those amazing things that we want to do.
.♥️.
This year, how about we make a resolution to declutter our minds. Let the past stay in the past. Finally stop obsessing about that person, that situation, that is keeping us stuck and stagnant. Allow ourselves to let go of the heaviness that is weighing us down and begin the new year with an open mind and an open heart. As we open our hearts and minds more and more, we will be moved in the direction of who we are meant to become.
.♥️.
