Gratitude journal

Ever felt like your blessings and graces keep coming in even if you do not want it anymore? Have you ever recently received something you did not ask but instead having it? It is sureal.

It is no magic or I must say it is more than you believing it but you worked so hard to attain it, with lightness and tact. It is may be in a form of a bonus at work or hitting a big momentum in your business.

Of course at some way you asked and prayed for it but ended up gaining it all.

So how to achieve that? Make a gratitude journal. Keep track of your goals and you will be surprised, you are already on top of it

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
