Metabolism Increasing Hummus Recipe
3 cups pre soaked garbanzo beans
1 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 cup spring or filtered water
1 teaspoon Celtic salt (optional)
1 pinch paprika
Soak the garbanzo beans in a bowl for 8 hours (or more, not less)
Put all ingredients into blender except the paprika
Blend until smooth and creamy- around 1 minute
Pour/scoop into bowl and sprinkle with paprika to serve.
Tip: Hummus is amazing as a dip, you could dip with celery, carrots, capsicum or crackers. It’s great with so many things even on sandwiches, potatoes and salads.
