In this Say It Skillfully™ video, I explain how to tactfully push back on those endless meetings that meander down the street and around the block, seemingly without resolution. They cause collaboration fatigue and can be highly counter-productive.

The key word, of course, is tactfully. You don’t want to be the “difficult one” who’s unwilling to be a team player. Instead, you want to be the person who skillfully addresses a problem that is also driving many others crazy. Here’s how to say it skillfully…
