We can say children are our gurus in anger management. They can’t keep grudges in them, they don’t know how to carry forward last minute frustration to second minute. They just forget it. Even if we beat them with our cruel minds they smile at you and hug you after few minutes. They are identified in their minds only with love. Their state of mind is beyond country, religion, caste, gender, color , success and failure.

One need to grow beyond the above mentioned things like a kid and reach the state of purity in meditation to experience complete joy. Without this one can’t understand or experience the benefits of mediation.

Hence, the first step in meditation is to tune up ourselves to get into a child like pure state of mind. We can only find love and nothing else in their little hearts. don’t beat them, they are the symbol of pure love which we can hardly find in current world. They live in present, not in past or future.

“They are the real examples of mindfulness exercise that every one now in corporate trying to learn in meditation camps. “. It is this pure state of mind that makes children more creative and highly energetic always.  Let’s Learn and practice meditation everyday.

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
