Values are like fingerprints, nobody’s are the same, but you leave them all over everything you do” – Elvis Presley.

Values are very important for an individual and as well as for a company. Most people don’t even aware or not ready to question themselves what values they have in life and what impact it has on them and on others.

It is mainly because we don’t find time to slow down our thinking to question ourselves why the way I am thinking the way I am thinking or what impact I am creating with my thinking on others. This thought process takes place only when you care to be more conscious and curious to understand your own memory/thoughts stored in your mind and try to understand how they formed only in that way but not any other way.

But most don’t care about it to change even if they are living in deep depression or ready to die, life is more interesting if you are curious.

If you are interested to know how your mind script is written and want to rewrite it then three things I would suggest as as meditation practioner

1)Start meditating – Watch – FILM: Zen, The Life Of Zen Master Dogen

2)The secret of your life scripts by Ken Renshaw – Read the book – Available on Amazon.

3)The things you can see only when you slow down – Available on Amazon.

Happy Meditation.

UNESCO Mission and Mandate – Since wars begin in the minds of men and women, it is in the minds of men and women that the defences of peace must be constructed.

The above mission statement is very true. Let’s work on having great values.

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
