We all make them and usually within the first month or less they are broken, we are talking of course about New Year’s resolutions. We have the best of intentions and swear that this year will be different than in years past and yet we find ourselves in the same situation on a yearly basis. Rest and recovery is one thing that many people really need to make sure that they put down as their resolution for 2019. The better that we succeed at this, then the happier that we will feel as it will be easy to be in a good mood and we will, as a result, be a lot more productive in our work and personal lives.

The harder that we work on these resolutions, then the more that we need to see how keeping these will actually have a positive effect on our lives. No matter the thing we want to change in our life, if we work at it, we can make it happen and soon be happier than we ever thought was possible.
