Although personal trainers learn a lot about fitness this is only the, not a complete course, so it’s important to avoid doing certain things with clients. This is because one wrong suggestion or tip may lead to severe consequence and you have to bear the negativity. Some not to do things during the training program are

  • Avoid giving medical advice or act as the psychological counselor
  • Don’t advice any physiotherapy or practice such therapy with the client
  • Remain in your limits to keep the decorum of the center.

Only share the knowledge and provide advice that your certification allows you. this is the best way to remain in your profession.
