Made it.

I made it home without you.

Made it.

You left me in the middle of the night

But I made it through the darkness

And I was able to see the sunlight.

You left me on that cold December day

But I made it through the storm

And I was able to to find a way.

You left me in the lurch

But I made it through the deserted island

And I was able to start my search.

You left me in the rain

But I made it through the deep waters

And I was able to get over this pain.

You left me in pieces

But I made it through the broken walls

And I was able to find new places.

You left me drowning

But I made it through the top

And I was able to hear my heart pounding.

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
