We started with some affiliates, and they enjoyed working with us so much that they told all their friends and family. So we began growing and continued on an upward spiral. And we are now poised to expand exponentially over the next few months. The pandemic has sped that process up for us because money is now a crucial topic, and the world has gone predominantly digital, so this has brought us more into the spotlight, let’s say,” remarks Mac.
For Mac, hiring the right people is pivotal. He wants to lead a group of like-minded people and always chooses those who are highly-motivated self-starters, who are excited about taking on new challenges. “Flexibility is a big one. If you’ve got that willingness, you’ll go far in business and in life, and stay healthy while progressing,” he says.
