We all need direction.  We can lose our way sometimes.  Life can get busy.  Life can become mundane with every day  routines.  But what exactly are we living for?  What is our life purpose?

Here’s some tips to help you find your life purpose.

  1. What is your passion in life?  What puts a smile on your face?  Start by brainstorming all the things you like – it can be absolutely anything.  The more stranger the better!
  2. Even if it doesn’t make sense to anyone else who cares – this is your life purpose.  Don’t be afraid to be true to yourself
  3. Accept your whole being as it is – and nothing more.  In order to find your life purpose you need to dig deep into who you truly are
  4. Connect with your inner spirit – the answers lay there – the yearning of who you are is eager to spring to life
  5. Go for a walk – the fresh air sparks creativity in you which will help you find your purpose
  6. Look into the night sky – darkness and the stars help guide you to your being and life purpose – star gaze!
  7. Look at yourself in the mirror and accept who you are – acknowledge your flaws, your imperfections, your everything
  8. Journal – writing things down when they come to mind is always a great way to bring your life purpose into reality – keep a pen and paper handy at all times
  9. If light is in your heart, you will find your way home – Rumi
  10. You’ve already started your journey to your life purpose, you just don’t know it yet.  Search for the truth within you.  Your intellect will lead the way for you

To summarize, explore your mind, your heart and spirit and all the answers will be there.  Coaching helps with finding your life purpose.  It is all about finding your wisdom and true self.

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
