Hi Queen, Maria here, wishing you a wonderful and blessed day living the life you were always meant to live! You deserve it QUEEN, for you and the ones you love! And in case someone didn’t tell you this today… YOU FREAKING ROCK!


I wanted to jump in and share with you some of the simple steps I found that work for me when I feel a bit low or unaligned with myself… When I am having a so so day, and I want to stop having a pity party and get feel like myself again. There are simple steps… Easy to follow, that you can rely on when you need to get back on, from wherever your mind and soul seems to drift at times. Are you ready? Step 1: SMILE!

Told ya it was simple, SMILE is as simple as not doing it. The difference is that the more you do it, the happier you will feel and guess what… Smiling is freaking contagious! When you start it is like a chain reaction, the next person will SMILE and they will pass it on and on! Pretty simple, ey? Wait to get to the second one… Bliss is in you, ready to come out and play.


Step 2: WHO MAKES YOU SMILE?

Spend more time with the people that makes you smile and less time with the people who don’t. Simple again… But hard to do when you are not surrounding but those people. Then is time to make new friends! And where can you find them? EVERYWHERE! The gym… A yoga class… A Facebook group… A podcast. Trust me, there are people out there that live a positive and happy life, and they want you to do the same to make help you feel this way too.


Step 3: WHAT MAKES YOU SMILE?

What made you SMILE when you were a child? Made you feel that you were important? Made you feel you accomplished something? Doing sports? Writing? Drawing? Acting? Singing? Anything that kept your energy in a high and made you step out of your comfort zone! Whatever it was… Find it again and GO FOR IT! You got nothing to lose… And yet, loads to gain… YOUR BLISS!


Step 4: BE GRATEFUL!

Everything you have gone through, every who has crossed your path was meant to teach you something. Be grateful for having the opportunity to learn from it and do a difference in your life and the lives of others. The Universe has gifted you with these lessons so you can skip endless years of useless college! LOL! Make it your gift… And be grateful for each and every step you had to take. You are better and stronger for it.


Step 5: STOP TAKING LIFE SO SERIOUSLY!

Smiles turn into laughs… We all go through ups and downs, and we all come through,feeling more alive and stronger than ever. We all been gifted the most precious gift, LIFE… Live it to the fullest!
