1 What is the most valuable career advice you can give to people just starting out? EDUCATE YOURSELF VIA GOOD SOURCES.

Q2 What is the biggest challenge facing leaders today? CLIMATE CHANGE AND LEADERS WHO ARE NOT PEACEFUL UNFORTUNATELY.

Q3 How do you ensure your organization and its activities are aligned with your “core values”? WE PUSLISH THIS VIA INTERNET, WITH PRESENTATIONS MAKE SURE WITH VIDEO CONFERENCES AND PERSONAL MEETINGS.

Q4 Where do the great ideas come from in your organization? IT COMES FROM EDUCATION AND GOOD CONNECTIONS. Do you encourage junior members to be creative and share business ideas with senior management? SURE.

Q5 Can you name a person who has had a tremendous impact on you as a leader? Maybe some one who has been a mentor to you? Why and how did this person impact your life? MY GRANDFATHER. HE WAS A RESPECTED PERSON AS
A TEACHER/PROFESSOR AND HE WAS HONEST WHAT I LIKE.

Q6 Tell me about a time you struggled with work-life balance. How did you solve the problem? SOME FOREIGNER LADY CHEATED ME WITH LIES AND ASKING FOR MONEY (AND I HELPED). WHEN I FOUND OUT THAT SHE
WAS CHEATING I HURT A LOT. I TOOK GOOD ADVICE AND CONCENTRATED MORE ON FRUITFUL THINGS.

Q7 Have you made unpopular decisions like firing employees and reducing compensation levels? YES, AFTER A CERTAIN TIME AS THEY DIDN’T DELIVER. What do you do to keep employee motivation enact after such actions?
STILL HAVE CERTAIN CONTACT WITH CERTAIN PEOPLE I HAD TO LAY OFF. GIVE THEM A CHANCE TO MAKE MONEY AFTER THEY HAVE PROVIDED MY COMPANY WITH CLIENTS.

Q8 As leaders do you create work environments that are more competitive or collaborative in nature? BOTH.

Q9 How do you get buy in from senior management and board on your business ideas? VIA PERSONAL CONNECTIONS MAINLY.

Q10 How to increase employee productivity? BY GIVING THEM THE RIGHT PRESENTATIONS AND BY LISTENING ALSO TO WHAT THEY SAY TO MAKE IT MORE EFFICIENT. Do you invest in their wellbeing?
YES. THEY ARE INVITED FOR LUNCH OR SO FROM TIME TO TIME OR WE GIVE THEM INFO CONCERNING THINGS THEY LIKE
