Follow passion rather than following money. Money will follow if you excel and work with

Q2 What is the biggest challenge facing leaders today?
Biggest challenge is losing vision. Many leaders across industry start to deviate from the vision
they have set and try to maximize the profits rather than ensuring that values of the company
be kept. 

Q3 How do you ensure your organization and its activities are aligned with your “core values”?
We propagate our core values when we are hiring. We keep workshops, Engage employees in
all idea generation, job security also plays a major factor. 

Q4 Where do the great ideas come from in your organization? Do you encourage junior
members to be creative and share business ideas with senior management?
Yes we have all our junior members to come up with the idea.Ideas in our organization are
discussed by the executive to mid/low level employees sitting together. 

Q5 Can you name a person who has had a tremendous impact on you as a leader? Maybe some
one who has been a mentor to you? Why and how did this person impact your life?
Elon Musk/ Steve Jobs are the inspiration for us on how we need to see and problem and solve
it. Their ideas, Values have helped us out in building our organization. 

Q6 Tell me about a time you struggled with work-life balance. How did you solve the problem?
Never did this problem arise as I love the work I do and enjoy doing it. 

Q7 Have you made unpopular decisions like firing employees and reducing compensation
levels? What do you do to keep employee motivation enact after such actions?
Yes we have made some when it was absolutely necessary We keep them encouraged by
giving them other benefits like ESOP’s, by condoning motivational workshops and so on. 

Q8 As leaders do you create work environments that are more competitive or collaborative in
We create an environment which is competitive as to get the best of the people. As startups
we need our employees to be best of their work abilities at any certain point of time. 

Q9 How do you get buy in from senior management and board on your business ideas?
We have a very collaborative senior management who will work on any business idea that is
worth a try. It may succeed or fail but they keep trying. 

Q10 How to increase employee productivity? Do you invest in their wellbeing? 

Yes, We have benefits which we give to employees, which include job security, skill
enhancement workshops and so on.
