He is also North Carolina State Bar Certified and has been practicing everything that falls in the umbrella of “family law”. Having said, he is duly respected for being senior partner of “Culbertson and Associates”.

Education and Career – How it Merged? 

Culbertson tells that he was a law graduate from the famous Oxford University. Since the beginning of time, he had a thirst for doing something on his own, on his own, and for his own. So, in order to achieve his dreams, after graduation degree and serving a period at Winston-Salem, he started his practicing law in Greensboro as a solo attorney.  

Krispen Culbertson Opted to Practice as a Child Custody Attorney – Why? 

He tells that initially, just like the majority of the fresh lawyers, he also used to take cases from different areas. Somehow most of the cases were from the Federal and State Criminal Litigation. Besides these areas, he also practiced civil litigation, business law, and other cases. However, when he started practicing family law, he was sure about being a trademark in this field as a Child custody attorney

Krispen Culbertson was always a person who believed in the importance of family structures. Hence, he started to find solutions to the general as well as complicated family issues in a way that family doesn’t live with an empty feeling; especially in cases where children were involved. 

Future Aims and Objectives of Culbertson as a Successful and Known Attorney

Krispen Culbertson is not just the senior partner in the law firm “Culbertson and Associates”, but he is also the pioneer and founder of the firm. Culbertson mentions that his aim as of now is to expand the firm and help as many people as he can. Also, he is looking to thrive in the quality of service with a greater level of excellence. This is possible when Culbertson uses his existing leadership quality. In this regard, he is looking forward to hiring more young attorneys in the firm.

On Family Life: Since Krispen Culbertson is a family lawyer and he deals with many odds and evens of cases, he is of the opinion that one should never take the family for granted. Marriage also is not something that should be dealt according to moods, rather it is definitely something that keeps the family united.

When it comes to court proceedings, one should know the basics. According to Culbertson, the very first step is to know vision; as in what one wants from life, marriage, or kids. Also, he mentions that lawsuits take a lot of hard work. If you are a person who enjoys being present in the court for hours, that too on a daily basis, then this profession is meant for you.  

Secondly, Culbertson says that there should always be a mentor for fresh and young attorneys. To be there for others these minds must work under a reputed family lawyer.
