Mariah Carey's music makes me happy, so I always try to catch one of her shows whenever I can. Always do what you love and what makes you happy.

These days, life can become very overwhelming and challenging when we are living in such a sensitive, yet unfiltered world -with so many more distractions and not enough face to face communication  with one another. Social media has brought out the best and the worst in people -in particularly, the bullies who disturbingly find comfort in  knowing that they can get away with abusive behaviour, without any repercussions or responsibility for their actions.

In the case of the internet which has so much reach and has become so powerful in many ways -how do we adjust or keep up with the lifestyle? The key is balance! It is the key to sanity amongst madness and a way to see life outside other people's minds and opinions online who are often bored, jaded and cruel with their own hang ups. The best way to stay positive without letting negativity get to you, is to focus on what makes you happy and any other negative energy will be easier to block out.

Keep sane, use your common sense and don't get dragged into unnecessary drama which will drain your energy and take time away from our precious time here on earth. Always remember to come back to doing what you love -and never deprive yourself of your dream. Never give up on something that you love to do the most.

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
