We make you laugh a little cry a little, but smile no matter what.

Today on the Executives After Hours bonus episode, Jackie Rodriguez stops by to talk about her journey on the ABC show Extreme Weight Loss. This was recorded a year 1 1/2 ago and is part one of this two part interview. Part 2 will be released next week and in part 2 Jackie and talk for the first since the original podcast. Back in 2015 with the support of Anschutz Health and Wellness Center at the Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora and their team of experts, Jackie came to terms with her past, acknowledged what she can and cannot control, and most importantly forgave the women who shook her 14-month-old baby. All resulting in a dramatic weight loss, and a rebirth of Jackie. Jackie is an advocate and speaker for preventing shaken baby syndrome. People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
