It’s just never enough.

When you are a high-achiever, it can often feel this way. No matter how much you do, no matter how much you accomplish, it’s just never enough.

Unfortunately, this is a great way to burn yourself out and frankly the world needs high-achievers like you, so we can’t afford to have you burning yourself out.

High-achievers are the innovators, the leaders, the trail blazers, and the peak performers. They’re the ones that make things happen and can’t settle with the status quo. They’re inventors, CEOs, entrepreneurs and athletes. They’re the ones that never settle.

But all that striving can end up being exhausting.

So, how do we get to have it all? How does the world get the high-achievers it needs to make it a better place, to keep evolving and testing new limits without sacrificing the very people we need to make it happen.

It’s about shifting our paradigm of success. In positive psychology, we study the people who have gotten it right. The people who are the most successful, the most happy, the most healthy, and thriving. Positive psychology turns traditional psychology on it’s head and says, let’s stop obsessing about what went wrong and let’s look at what went right and how do we repeat that.

So guess what we’ve found out…Did you know that if you want to stay at the top of your industry you actually have to learn how to slow down? How to take breaks? How to savor your accomplishments before moving on to the next one?

I know it seems counter-intuitive for my high-achievers. You want to go 100mph all the time. You think if you stop and slow down you are going to get passed up or lose your momentum.

But research shows the opposite. I understand that this is a scary paradigm shift for you. But this is what I do with my clients. You see, I care about you making your big contribution in the world and selfishly, I want my children to grow up in a world that’s better than the one I did. But we can’t evolve if our top players are burning themselves out with old ways of doing things.

If this is you, I want to help. I know as a high-achiever, you think you can keep doing it on your own, that asking for help is weak, but I’m not willing to stand by and let you sacrifice your gifts and talents. The world needs what you have to offer and I’m here to make sure that happens.

Contact me today if you are a high-achiever who is done with the old way of doing things and is ready for a paradigm shift into sustainable peak performance.
