I have shared my Story in an effort for you to share Your Story…some may object that I mention Prayer; well, I realize we dont have to wait for a Crisis, though that is where we are at, isn’t it?

The Serenity Prayer has been around a long time by Reinhold Neibuhr. He came into our lives between 1892-1971. I have shared some of my Story! I would love to hear how this Prayer has been meaningful to you all! This, in no way, is to promote my Religion, but to expound upon the Spiritual principles on this prolific Spiritual Guidance!

Here is the shorter version of the Serenity Prayer:

God, Grant me the Serenity to Accept the things I cannot change, the Courage to change the things I can, and the Wisdom to know the difference!

In my previous days of wanting to control others, I soon realized after this Prayers was offered to me, it forced me to be awaken, that I cannot control others, yet obtained new insights to become aware, that, in response to other actions & reactions, that I Can manage (control) my own Attitudes! Actually, I prefer to use the vernacular, Manage!

Therefore, as we face this Medical Covid Crisis we deal with, we must decide for our own Sanity & Serenity sake, what we can fully take charge of, & thus manage—for me, it is my own Attitude & for my own Mindful Sanity, I better take charge of my own Attitude; otherwise, I may be held to Community consequences!

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
