When mind is relaxed is reflects on face

At first, if you see a rich face that reflects happiness to you. How one notices a person is rich, by just looking at face on the first glance. That mirrors serenity and calmness. It is about richness of spirituality which can leads to proper sleep patterns.

In the studies, it has been revealed that calm mind which is fruit of spirituality gives a proper sleep.It is just like a chain reaction and end result is benefitted to the user.

In modern world, their is a word called,”soul fatigue” where our body is active but our soul is tired.It feels like a elastic band which is stretched beyond a point and now about to get broken at any given moment of time. 

Somewhat, when we stretch too much be it our mind or soul , we feel that we are tired beyond words. Really,we don’t know,where to go.

For that spirituality steps and relax our mind and soul. 

A complete  relaxation leads to sound and peaceful sleep.

A sleep is a exercise which combines our body together and make it way for the better and happy tomorrow.

As said,” mountains is composed of tiny grains of earth and ocean tiny drops of water. Similarly our body is made up of endless thoughts and ideas which has to be poured….”
