“What’s your morning routine ?”

I have been asked this at least 100 times. It seems to be a hot topic among the digital world entrepreneurs, founders and freelancers.

Thousands of Youtube videos have such topic. It must be something worth trying, isn’t it ?

“if you win the morning, you win the day.”

Tim Ferriss.

An effective morning routine sets you up for a blessed day, leading to more wins. More wins raise your motivation and allow you to accomplish your goals with ease.

I have researched (aka googled) all the morning routines out there, compared them, analyzed them, cross-referenced them. Result: overwhelmed !

Cause in the end we are all in different situations and my ideal time to wake up can’t be the same for you, my body reacts to different things at different times than yours, my mind is sensitive to different stimulus. And so on.

BUT we can still start from a proven-to-work routine.

This is the routine I was suggested by a close friend of mine, a guy who is crushing in the digital marketing space, big time. He owns a Marketing Firm that landed the 238th spot in the Inc 5000 fastest-growing privately held companies in 2018. He got this routine from an entrepreneur friend of his, Marco A. Calamassi who is deeply passionate about bio hacking, nootropics and healthy routines.

So, without further ado, grab your block note and follow through:

  • Wake Up and DON’T YOU DARE GRAB OR TOUCH YOUR PHONE
  • Listen to RELAXING AUDIO & AFFIRMATIONS ON YOUTUBE
  • Drink a full glass of WATER WITH LEMON AND SUPER-GREENS
  • Go to the GYM AND DO A 30-60MIN SESSION OF LIGHT WEIGHT
  • Go back home and EAT BLUEBERRIES, PAPAYA + EGGS/AVOCADO
  • Relax with eyes shut & VISUALIZE YOUR GRAND GOAL & VISION
  • Listen to your favorite MOTIVATIONAL SPEECHES ON SPOTIFY
  • Make a list of clear, specific and important TASKS FOR THE DAY
  • Check your emails & calls for 5min and then SET THE PHONE OFF
  • Pick an app (BeFocused is great) and WORK HARD ON TASKS

Try it, make it yours, stick to it. Win the morning, win the day. The week, the month, the year. Your whole life.
