Some people spend their whole lives trying to be happy but they never achieve true happiness.

While others try to find happiness by creating wealth, but never find it because money can never buy true happiness.

Happiness is emotional and not physical.

Happiness is based on your state of mind and not the size of your bank account.

Happiness is a choice, and it requires work.

So, if you want to be happy tomorrow you need to start working on it today.

“If your happiness depends on what somebody else does, I guess you do have a problem.” — Richard Bach

If you want to find happiness you need to understand that true happiness comes from within you.

Memories are to the mind what a mirror is to the eyes — a reflection.

Your mirror reflects the physical while your memories reflect the emotional.

When you look in the mirror it is a reflection of what you look like, while your mind it reflects who you truly are.

While you can change what you see in the mirror, you can’t change your memories.

Most of us spend a lot of time trying to improve what we see in the mirror, but most of us don’t spend much time trying to improve our thoughts.

Every action creates a memory.

The only way to change your memories is to create positive thoughts today.

For example, You have a choice if someone does something to tick you off today. You can either respond in a negative way creating another negative memory, or you can respond in a positive way creating a positive memory.

You can choose how you respond.

To be happy tomorrow you need to carefully choose how you respond today because how you respond today will become tomorrow’s memory.

Everything you do today will be in tomorrows reflection.

The next time a person ticks you off, think about how your actions will be reflected back to you.

Remember that how you react will be a reflection of you and not of them.

We all want to like what we see in the mirror.

To be truly happy you have to like what you see in the mirror.

What do your reflections look like?

Are your reflections positive ones that bring you joy, or negative ones that bring make you bitter and angry?

What can you do today to increase your happiness tomorrow?
