If it can be Automated, kindly do it

Most of the times that we get stressed and burnt out, it is because we are sweating the little things. It is because we are mad about being perfect and repeating the same things day in, day out. I have found this to be a great distraction as well as taking so much time in my e-commerce business. After having a heart to heart talk with my online income mentor who happens to have a project management background, I was able to identify all the mistakes that I was making and I am here to share the same.

Most of the tasks that we do in online work systems is repetitive. And what’s better is that it can be automated. Tasks such as sending emails is not a thing to make you sweat the whole day trying to perfect it. No, you can actually use this tech savvy and nice customisable tools that are ever mushrooming everyday to easen things a bit. The great thing is that they are not that costly and at the same time, they allow you to do other things while your emails are being sent out to the right people at the right time.

Another aspect that can be made easier with automation is keyword research. You see no ecommerce is going to ever do well if you do not invest heavily on keyword research. Keyword research will either break or make your online efforts worthwhile or doomed. For a good number of years now, I have been using Jaaxy which is a great keyword research tool that helps you know what keyword is going to rank in a short time while at the same time telling you of the relateable keywords that you can use in its place as well who else is ranking for the same and their backlink profile.

Reminders also play a great role in online income. If you are a disorganized person like me who will wake up and do what comes into their mind, you also need to think of setting reminders that could help you scale higher. The reminder does not have to be a digital smartphone only. No, it could be an accountability partner or just things pinned on your calender that remind you when you glance it.
