I AM

I am...Two of the most powerful words.

• The parts that still need to heal. Honour them, let yourself feel.

•This pain that all your thoughts revolve around. In it lies your opportunity to grow, evolve and ground.

•The ego says “stand up be the defender”
The true self says, Let it be. Just surrender.

•Always becoming.

Everyday.

Listen to your heart, it will show you the way.

•Stand in your truth.

Create space for what matters.

It’s time to let go of these old patterns.

•Peel back the layers.

Open your heart.

Take a deep breath. You just have to start.

•Be gentle on yourself.

You are doing just fine.

Be who you are.

Watch everything align.

•You have everything you need deep within.

Take a breath.

Just begin.

•Release the fear.

Stop playing small.

Keep on going.

Even if you fall.

•Go forth and lead with love.

Be intentional. Rise above.

•Laugh, dream, create and play.

Be grateful for each new day.

•Love more deeply. Live with soul.

You are enough. You are whole.

•Now more than ever we must believe.

Keep your hearts and minds open.

Be willing to give Be willing to receive.

•Love, compassion, wisdom and light.

Reawaken your inner child and shine so bright.

Say it out loud.

I AM LOVE.

I AM LIGHT.

I AM HERE TO SHINE SO BRIGHT.

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
