If you are a pet lover, the best way to always feel de-stressed at home is to pet a dog. Dogs are loving animals who can give their owners so much love and care that you just cannot feel stressed around them. Researches have suggested that keeping a dog as a pet can help in decreasing the stress hormones (cortisol).
