These days, there is so much information online and in books about how to eat, what to consume, what type of diet to follow, and on and on, that it’s almost impossible to know how to eat properly.

  • Whole
  • Fresh and natural
  • Real
  • Local, seasonal, not genetically modified so you’re in harmony with the earth, its seasons, and the environment
  • In harmony with tradition. It should be more or less similar to what your ancestors ate because evolution has made your genes receptive to it, and it will be nourishing to you
  • Balanced, appropriate and enough
  • Delicious
