The title reads a bit spacey, but that’s the point. Shout out to Elon Musk. So many of us are trying to map out what’s next. You’ll soon realize that it’s not possible to bring something into this waking reality while your thoughts are grounded here on earth. How do you even reach the ‘a ha’ moment? These are the steps you’ll need to get there.
Just kidding. There’s no blueprint. There’s no reference manual. Or is there? Let me know when you come across one. I’ll likely tell you to ball it up and throw it in the trash because that’s not how this works. Unless, you’d like to continue living your life with cookie cutters, by all means go knock yourself out. Just don’t make excuses because you’ve been binge watching Netflix or spending money towards non-essential items vs putting energy and capital towards your special project or idea. Is ignorance really bliss? If you’re digging deep to find that something that keeps you going and feel like will bring light to this world, keep going. When the time comes, push your chips in because you’ve committed.
If you haven’t already, learn to fall in love with the the word synchronicity. My personal way of finding it was by pairing together manifestation and the law of attraction. If any of this is making sense as you’re reading it, great. If it feels like some foreign language, it’s not. There’s just some layers to it. Then, there’s always the possibility I’m not a good writer and could be leaving out context.
Every journey will be unique and many people have been asking about mine. I’ve failed to document the rollercoaster ride thus far since I started my first venture. Whether it’s crossing paths with some of the top influencers through improvisation — which once led to a 20 second pitch on stage at Launch Festival in San Francisco last February. Big thanks to Ben Parr for that. It all felt impressive at first and even seemed as if I tapped into some parallel universe or a lucid dream. I can’t recall ever having a game plan in certain situations, but purely acted on my intuition. Which then lead me to realize whatever I’m doing was working and continued building on the foundation. With ups, there certainly come some downs as well. It’s important to keep your ego in check as some experiences may come as a shock to those around you. Otherwise, you’ll be getting ahead of yourself and lose momentum for a successful liftoff. One time it happened where I was poolside at the W South Beach. Somehow, I found myself sitting next to Hailey Baldwin and we began arguing about religion. What can I say? It’s hard to hit the game winning shot when you lose focus of trying to impress one of the world’s top models. A lot of lessons have been learned and many more to come, but sometimes you just have to Trust the Process. Go Sixers!
When you close your eyes for a couple of seconds and open them back up, what do you see? We’ll most likely see different things. Did you see anything while your eyes were closed? What changed for me was the moment I began to view my reality as a blank canvas and my mind became the paintbrush. Word on the street is that technology is being built to make this easier and they’re calling it augmented reality. I find that funny because you can augment your reality for free.
What happens next? You’ll organically begin attracting individuals who are on the same frequencies and wavelengths. By becoming more self-aware, you’ll notice they’re around at all times. It’s up to you on choosing which door to open and speak from the soul because they will be very receptive. John Lennon once said, “Being honest may not get you a lot of friends but it’ll always get you the right ones.”
At the end of the day, it’s an art and not rocket science. Everything done to get where you are today may not help in order to reach the next level of the life you’ve envisioned. You must learn how to adapt quickly by growing all elements of your reality starting with the free ones such as your mind and relationships. It’s funny how things fall into place when you begin doing what you’ve always been meant to do. All of which you’ve ever desired suddenly begins to appear in your life. Your reality has now become a real world version of a Google search where the answers to all your questions are found within you and your surroundings…kind of how life was like before the internet.
